Bravo decides not to film Housewives wedding due to hurricane and COVID situation

Cynthia and Mike Hill

As per reports from TMZ, the TV network Bravo was to film a wedding for a “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” episode. But things did not turn out as expected. In the Georgia event, Mike and Cynthia hill were to take their wedding vows. But because of the looming threat of Hurricane Delta, the wedding planner decided to hold the ceremony somewhere else.

The coronavirus situation made the Bravo executives weary. Thus, they decided that it wasn’t safe to have their staff film the grand wedding. The fact that it was an indoor venue with 181 guests also influenced their decision.

TMZ said that the reality TV show will still show the wedding. Cynthia would record it with her personal camera crew and transfer the footage to Bravo later.

While many viewers might be upset with this decision, Cynthia was okay with it. The absence of the “Housewives” crew would make it a stress-free experience for her as well.

However, the couple was well aware of the pandemic. They took some safety measures to ensure the well-being of their guests. It was mandatory for all guests to wash their hands and have their temperatures checked. Additionally, all guests were required to take COVID tests before the wedding and attend only if they tested negative.
